Я сталкиваюсь с этой конкретной проблемой, когда на phpMyAdmin. Служба MySQL на XAMPP даже не запускается. Вот в чем проблема:

P.S. Это из-за моего config.inc.php сценарий, потому что, возможно, это может быть так. Я не знаю…
