Функция буфера пикселей с iOS (UIImage) на macOS (NSImage)

Вопрос:

Цель: перевести функцию PixelBuffer с iOS (UIImage) на macOS (NSImage)

Что я сделал: код ниже.

Проблема: я получаю пустое изображение
