ATR для фильтрации не работает по Фибоначчи

Вопрос:

Я не могу найти причину, по которой фильтр atr не работает. какое бы значение я ни придавал этому ATR, это не влияет на результат (если ничего не фильтрует)
У кого-нибудь есть какие-либо предложения? Или как я могу добавить какой-то фильтр типа «угол линии»?
