Я открыл cmd, создал виртуальную среду и загрузил все зависимости, которые требуются kivy, но все равно эта ошибка возникает при попытке pip install kivy :

Что мне делать?

Попробуйте это и Python 3.8:

 pip3 install --pre --extra-index-url https://kivy.org/downloads/simple kivy
 

или

попробуйте ввести:

 python -m pip install kivy==
 

или введите это:

 pip3 install kivy==
 

и нажмите ENTER, чем выберите из версий ту, которая может работать для вас…
