Я хочу установить пакет react-csv-downloader в свой проект. когда я устанавливаю npm react-csv-downloader --save , я получаю эту ошибку

Это нигде не упоминается в документах, но вам нужно будет добавить babel-cli в качестве зависимости от разработчика, и это будет работать.
