Я следую инструкциям на ELB github Я сначала запускаю следующую команду :

 git clone https://github.com/aws/aws-elastic-beanstalk-cli-setup.git
 

но я сталкиваюсь со следующей ошибкой при запуске второй команды

 .aws-elastic-beanstalk-cli-setupscriptsbundled_installer
 

Я использую Windows 10 и выполняю команды через cmd, однако powershell выдает мне ту же проблему.
Ошибка:

Выход из-за сбоя
