Я разработал веб-сайт и преобразовал его в приложение для Android с помощью WebView. Видел несколько реализаций и попробовал загрузить ФАЙЛ, где я могу загрузить изображение из галереи, но мне не разрешено загружать изображение, снятое с камеры. Я был выброшен с ошибкой net::ERR_ACCESS_DENIED. Пожалуйста, помогите мне исправить это.

1. Вам нужно <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" /> 

2. Пробовал и это, но мне это не помогло, пробовал в ask версии 30 и 29.

3. Ваша проблема здесь File imageStorageDir = new File(Environment.getExternalStoragePublicDirectory(Environment.DIRECTORY_PICTURES), "DirectoryNameHere"); . getExternalStoragePublicDirectory не рекомендуется. Самый простой способ — добавить android:requestLegacyExternalStorage="true" к вашему <application> элементу в манифесте.
