Также мне на 100% нужна эта часть, для I в nums:
sumof = i . Подобная итерация не займет много памяти, потому что она постоянно учитывает не те, у которых большой заблокированный мир памяти.

1. Я не понимаю вашего вопроса. Вы работаете с массивами numpy? Как вы думаете, почему array.index(max(array)) это будет быстрее? Это будет означать, что вы используете a list ?

2. Очень полезно, если вы предоставляете реальные примеры данных с полным описанием того, что должен делать ваш код, включая соответствующие выходные данные для ваших входных данных

3. numpy у массивов нет index метода. Ваши имена переменных и вопрос должны отражать это различие. например alist.index....

np.argmax не медленнее, чем array.index(np.max(array)), но значение list_mean может быть намного эффективнее: если вам нужна полная реализация python, вы можете использовать

 sum(nums)/len(nums)
 

Или даже более эффективно :

 np.mean(nums)
 

(вы уже работаете с массивами)
