Похоже, вам может не хватать файла jquery, определяющего функцию «один раз». Проверьте Firebug для Firefox (или аналогичный инструмент разработки), где вы можете увидеть запрошенные файлы для каждой страницы — очистите кэш браузера, затем проверьте вкладку Firebug Net при перезагрузке страницы. Если какие-либо файлы не перечислены с кодом состояния HTTP «200 OK», вам нужно будет проверить, существуют ли файлы и имеют ли они права на чтение, чтобы сервер мог их передать.
