Линейный график не отображается с использованием geom_line, несмотря на включение группы

Вопрос:

Во-первых, я прикрепил фрейм данных, который я намереваюсь построить, количество точек в каждой группе соответствует бета-значению и не равно. Однако это одни и те же столбцы, поэтому я не уверен, подходит ли это для построения графика. Я просто пытаюсь сопоставить заражение со временем для каждой группы в соответствии с бета-версией. Поэтому я ожидал, что на графике будет две строки.
