Я пытаюсь сначала использовать код EF 6 с поставщиком Npgsql. Когда я пытаюсь запустить команду Add-Migration в диспетчере пакетов, у меня возникает следующее исключение: Failed to find or load the registered .Net Framework Data Provider.

Это простой пример, который не содержит ничего лишнего для этой темы.

Вам необходимо иметь Npgsql.dll , Моно.Безопасность.dll и Npgsql.EntityFramework.сборки dll добавлены в GAC, а также следующая конфигурация добавлена в конфигурационный файл приложения
