При создании простого проекта блога с помощью django
возникла проблема при развертывании части.

Сначала я устанавливаю psycopg2-binary это не рекомендуется для хоста в Heroku.
Итак, я удаляю его через pip, затем пытаюсь установить
pip3 install psycopg2
Но каждый раз возникает эта ошибка
вот весь список пакетов, которые я установил до сих пор для этого проекта

1. извините, ребята, что беспокою вас 😌, наконец-то я могу устранить ошибку😎, это что-то вроде -код не работает, «почему?», и работает, тогда вопрос будет тот же «почему это работает» 😂

Не уверен, что произошло с этим вопросом, но я недавно столкнулся с этим в своем процессе CI / CD в GH Actions.
Короче говоря, psycopg2 2.8.6 несовместим с python:3.8.2-alpine. (проверено путем возврата к 2.8.5)
Я обновил свой образ python до 3.8.5, и затем он работает с pwycopg2 2.8.6.
Предположительно, именно поэтому некоторые люди используют psycopg2-binary
Но я никогда не использовал это раньше, и у меня никогда не было проблем до сих пор, особенно в Alpine.
