Мой PHPMailer с Github работает на моем локальном хостинге, но не на моем веб-сайте, размещенном на Firebase. Когда я отправляю на свой веб-сайт, он загружает файл. Теперь как это решить? Должен ли я вводить какой-то дополнительный код? Кто-нибудь имел опыт работы с Firebase?

Firebase hosting не поддерживает PHP, поэтому файл загружается.

Вам нужно будет написать это на Javascript для использования с Firebase —https://firebase.google.com/docs/hosting/functions
