Я пытаюсь создать и загрузить столбец ВРЕМЕНИ, мало чем отличающийся от других баз данных для хранения, только время. т. е. 09:30:00, 14:23:16 В соответствии с этим https://docs.aws.amazon.com/redshift/latest/dg/r_Datetime_types.html Redshift имеет тип данных ВРЕМЕНИ.
