2. Ваш вопрос, похоже, не относится к программированию и, следовательно, не соответствует теме Stack Overflow. Тем не менее, по умолчанию в Windows в эти дни учетная запись с именем «Администратор» отключена. На самом деле, я думаю, что в Windows 10 вы больше не можете даже включить эту учетную запись, поэтому было бы неудивительно обнаружить, что ее нельзя использовать для запуска задач в Task Scheduler.
