Здравствуйте,

Я пытался изменить наведение курсора мыши только в цветах ListView. Но мне это не удалось.

Мне нужна эта функция только в проекте UWP.

Кто-нибудь может мне помочь?

В UWP platform App.xaml вы изменяете ListViewItem PointerOverBackground:
