Это ошибка, спасибо за сообщение: секционированный поиск несовместим с многопоточным инкрементным решением в версии 7.19 или ниже. Это был пробел в нашем тестовом покрытии.
Секционированный поиск был реализован до многопоточного инкрементного решения, и последнее не учитывало его здесь, в AbstractScoreDirector:

Это значение false отключает возможность вложения многопоточного решения в разделенный поиск.
Я создал проблему с jira и исправил ее для версии 7.20 в этом запросе на извлечение.
