Убедитесь, что в config/app.php псевдониме используется та же заглавная буква, что и в других файлах. Также убедитесь, что вы либо импортируете фасад с use Html; в начале файла, либо добавляете обратную косую черту для доступа к глобальному пространству имен: Html
